Professional Summary
Rich is the Division Manager for ETC and he has been with the company since the beginning. His primary responsibilities are to manage and conduct projects for ETC clients, and to provide technical oversight to the ETC staff on projects.
Rich has eight years experience with state agencies in Florida and Ohio. He spent one year with the Florida State Department of Agriculture helping direct field operations for eradication. With the Ohio Division of Wildlife he spent four years involved in forest and upland wildlife habitat management and collecting baseline data, and three years in statewide waterfowl and wetland's research. He also has four years experience in engineering and environmental issues related to forest road construction with the U. S. Forest Service. Among other projects, he served as the preliminary design coordinator on a major road reconstruction project in the Clackamas River Scenic Corridor. He also directed the NEPA process, and wrote the economic analysis for the project. For the past 26 years he has worked in the environmental field. Rich has been in the consulting industry for 10 of those years. He has extensive experience in civil and environmental project design, management, environmental analysis, impacts, and permitting. |
