Professional Summary
David has been with ETC for seven years. His primary responsibilities at ETC are wetland delineation, wetland mitigation design, agency coordination and reporting, GPS surveying, development impact analysis, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, engineer design, and environmental investigations.
Prior to ETC he was with a geotechnical-engineering firm and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Navigation Department in Louisville, Kentucky. With Greenbaum Associates, his responsibilities included laboratory soil testing, soil core sampling, monitoring well installation, and foundation inspection. His responsibility was production of hydrologic survey maps from digital data generated by GPS surveying, and creating and modifying computer programs to aid in that process. David has worked in the environmental field for 10 years and has a very knowledgeable background in all the areas previously listed. |
